From leaky faucets to full remodels, Padgett Paradis Gardens delivers honest, quality repair and maintenance work — done right the first time, on time, every time.
Every home has different needs. We cover the full spectrum — from quick fixes to major renovations — so you never have to call anyone else.
Door adjustments, drywall patches, trim work, and the everyday fixes that pile up faster than you'd expect. We handle it all.
From cabinet upgrades to full gut renovations — we design and build spaces that work as good as they look.
Faucets, toilets, lighting, outlets — licensed tradespeople who show up on time and leave your home cleaner than they found it.
Interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, deck staining, and weatherproofing that protects your biggest investment.
Hardwood refinishing, tile installation, vinyl plank, and grout work — materials chosen to match your style and your budget.
Leaks, storms, broken fixtures — when something goes wrong at 10 PM, we're the number you call first.
We're not a franchise. We're your neighbors in St. Johns. Every project we take on is one we'd be proud to have done on our own house.
Born and raised in Northeast Florida. We know the building codes, the weather, and what St. Johns homes need.
You'll know the full cost before we pick up a tool. No hidden fees, no change-order games.
If something isn't right after we finish, we come back and make it right — at no extra charge.
We respect your schedule. You'll get a call before we arrive, and we won't leave until the job is done right.
We let our work do the talking — but our neighbors are happy to speak up, too.
"Padgett Paradis Gardens remodeled our entire first floor. The attention to detail was incredible — they treated our home like it was their own. Couldn't be happier with the results."
"Called them for an emergency pipe burst at 9 PM on a Saturday. They were here within the hour and had everything sorted before midnight. Honest people who actually care."
"We've used Padgett Paradis for three projects now — bathroom, kitchen, and exterior paint. Each time the work has been flawless. They're the only contractors we trust in the area."
Whether it's a single repair or a full renovation, we'll give you an honest answer and a fair price — no pressure, no fine print.
